Below is a questionnaire I created asking people different questions about horror films, for instance how old they are, what types of horror films they like, what props should be included in horror films, etc. This is important, as it gives me an idea of how my opening title could be created, for example what props I should use, different effects, etc and at what age group my opening title should be targeted at.
